Hey there, Im Helena, an experienced Personal Trainer from Germany. I was working as a Personal Trainer for the last 3 years and I myself have been working out for 6 years now and Im still loving and enjoying it! Back in Germany I taught different fitness classes like Bodypump, Pilates, indoor cycling or Bootcamp classes. I have also completed further training as a rehabilitation trainer which is why you can feel safe training with me no matter whats your fitness level!
It brings me so much joy to accompany people on their way to become the best version of themselves, mentally and physically. I like to combine humor, discipline and structure within my training method to keep motivation at its highest and to ensure results and progression for my clients. I am specialised in working with clients on weight loss, muscle tone, building lean mass and strength.
